We have rented the unit 601 of the Diplomat Oceanfront Residences from November 12th, 2010 to April 28th, 2011. Over this period, we have used different cleaning services to clean the unit for which we usually request cleaning every two to three weeks. We finally selected Kleen1 as our preferred service provider.

Kleen1 uses a supervisor to determine the work to be done and supervise the work done afterward which we found very professional. They arrive on time at each cleaning and perform the job as scheduled and defined.

We were entirely satisfied with the services and surely not hesitating to recommend them for the cleaning of your unit.

I just wanted to thank you, once again, for recommending Kleen1 and to let you know how delighted I am with their service. Even though I am only in my Florida apartment sporadically, I think we both can agree how I always desire, well, "everything just so", and even more, as they say!! And, Patrice's team has been able to completely take care of my many needs. Whether it is seven days a week (as it was when Leah, Josh and the kids were visiting) or just a few times a week, everything was done as requested......the floors and windows, the bathrooms, the beds, the laundry, the counters......you name it. And, the open and readily available communication with your team...and their constant follow-up calls....assured that my complete satisfaction was always met.

All of this makes it such a pleasure for Sion and I, Patrice. Knowing that I can call Kleen1 a few days before coming down and have the apartment ready...even for guests...is wonderful.
